Getting Started
This page walks through the first steps of using HockEyes as a coach or team follower.
Signing in
Use the "Sign in" button in the top navigation to create an account or log in. Signing in unlocks the dashboard, where competition data, teams, and games live.
Opening the dashboard
Once signed in, use "Open app" to reach the dashboard. The dashboard groups competitions by country and shows a snapshot for each: teams tracked, matches played, and goals scored.
Choosing a competition
Most dashboard pages (championship, games, teams, players) work per competition. Use the competition selector on each page to switch between the leagues you follow.
Synced data vs. upcoming features
Standings, results, and rosters come from data synced from official sources — see Data Sources for details. Some areas of the dashboard (like Insights) are experimental and clearly marked as such.

This documentation area covers the core concepts. If something looks wrong or missing, check the notes on the Data Sources page first, since most surprises come from sync timing.
